Do you provide both Residential and Commercial cleaning services?

Yes. Elma Cleaning Services provides both residential and commercial cleaning services. Our residential services include recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning and other specialty cleaning services. We also provide office and commercial cleaning based on the needs and schedule of the business.

What Area does Elma Cleaning services cover?

We provide cleaning services throughout Lower Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania and Mercer and Burlington Counties in New Jersey, including Bristol, Levittown, Langhorne, Yardley, Newtown, Morrisville, Ewing, Lawrenceville, Hamilton, Princeton and surrounding communities. What is the difference between a Regular Cleaning and a Deep Cleaning?

Different cleaning companies define these services differently, which can sometimes be confusing. At Elma Cleaning Services, a deep cleaning is designed to bring your home or property to a clean baseline that regular cleanings can then maintain.

During a deep cleaning, we give additional attention to areas such as baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans and other detailed surfaces. Once these areas have been thoroughly cleaned, recurring regular cleanings help maintain them through dusting and lighter cleaning as needed.

Simply put: the deep cleaning establishes the baseline, and the regular cleaning maintains it.

Do you offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services?

We are very flexible to meet our client's needs. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, every 3 weeks, every 2 months. Whatever works for your schedule we will find a spot in the schedule.

How much does it cost to hire a Cleaning Service?

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

Do I need to be Present while you are cleaning?

That is totally up to you how you would like to handle things. We are comfortable with you being present; however, we also have keys and codes to enter properties when no one is available

Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?

Elma Cleaning provides all necessary cleaning supplies, unless you have something specific that you want used on any part of your house/office. We utilize all name brand products, as well as, vacuums and mops. The only thing we request from the client is a roll of paper towels and a trash bag.

How do I know that you are not transferring dirt or germs from the previous house/office cleaning, to my home/office?

We use different microfiber products to clean each house on a given day. Our cloths are color coded so that we use one color in the kitchen, one in the bathrooms and another for the remainder of the house/office. We also use different cloths to mop, instead of a mop head that could transfer dirt and germs. So, not only are we not transferring from property to property, we are not transferring from one room in your property to another.

Will you clean my house if I have pets?

Absolutely, we are a very pet-friendly cleaning service. We do ask that while we are cleaning that the pets are put in a separate room or somewhere so we can complete the cleaning.

Do you have an environmentally safe or fragrance-free option for those sensitive to smells?

Absolutely, we have our regular name-brand line of products or an environmentally friendly line of products that we use for those customers that prefer those types of products.
