Kitchen Cleaning
- Dust the Tops of Cabinets and Appliances, Shelves, Light Fixtures, Ceiling Fans, Baseboards, Molding, Blinds and Vents.
- Wipe-Down Sanitize - Counter and Table Tops, Sink, Cabinet Surfaces, Appliances, Chairs, Light Switches, Doorknobs.
- Clean Microwave Ovens inside and outside.
- Stove-Top degreasing and cleaning.
- Clean all glass related items (windows, mirrors, etc.)
- Vacuum any carpets.

House Cleaning Miscellaneous
- Elma Cleaning Services, LLC is licensed and insured.
- Elma Cleaning brings all necessary supplies. However, if you have a specific cleaning product you would like us to use we will be happy to utilize it.
- We have 2 product lines, one is the tried and true standard cleaning products, all name-brand and the other is a frequency free, eco-friendly product line.
- Rags used are all microfiber that are washed between cleanings and we utilize different ones for each house.
- Mopping is done utilizing rags that are swapped out between rooms and definitely between homes. So, there is not transfer from home to home or room to room.
- Shelf decorations, pictures, memorabilia will be placed back in their original place upon moving to clean, if they appear to be in an organized position.
- Any papers, decorations, clothing, etc. that do not appear to be arranged in an organized manner and are interfering with cleaning will be moved and organized as best as possible. Excessive organizing or arranging of paraphernalia will result in an additional charge at the discretion of the cleaner.
- We do not wipe TV screens but we do dust the outside.
- The home owner should provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 kitchen trash bag.
- We dispose of the trash in your outside receptacle.
